Roughly translates to “1918-1988 In the Fire of the Civil War, the Proletariat’s Faith in its Powers, in its Possibilities to Lead the State of a New Type, Without Private Property, Without the Exploitation of Man by Man, has been Strengthened. The Red Army, the First Army in the World, Designed to Defend the Conquests of the People, has been Tempered in the Fire of the Civil War”.
