What You'll Do

• Editorial Photography: Create magazine-quality lifestyle and product photography with high production values for marketing campaigns and print materials
• Campaign Development: Conceptualize and execute creative photoshoots and video campaigns that tell our brand story
• Advertising Content: Produce professional imagery and video content for advertisements, brochures, billboards, and promotional materials
• Cinematic Video Production: Create compelling video content including brand films, promotional videos, and social media campaigns with cinematic quality
• Creative Direction: Style and art-direct photoshoots, including set design, prop selection, and composition to create aspirational imagery
• Professional Editing: Post-process and retouch images and videos to the highest professional standards using industry-leading software
• Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual strategies that align with brand campaigns and seasonal promotions
• Studio & Location Work: Manage professional lighting setups, both in-studio and on-location, to achieve desired aesthetic results
• Brand Storytelling: Create cohesive visual narratives that showcase our unique treasures in lifestyle contexts and editorial settings

What We're Looking For

• Professional portfolio showcasing editorial, advertising, or high-end commercial work
• Proven experience creating marketing campaigns and branded content
• Advanced proficiency with professional camera equipment, lighting systems, and studio setups
• Expert-level editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Strong creative vision with ability to conceptualize and execute campaigns from brief to final delivery
• Experience with art direction and creative styling
• Understanding of brand aesthetics and how to create cohesive visual identities
• Ability to work to briefs while bringing creative innovation

Bonus Skills

• Experience with luxury, lifestyle, or interiors photography
• Motion graphics and animation capabilities
• Color grading expertise for video content
• Experience shooting for print publications or magazines
• Drone cinematography for aerial footage
• 3D rendering or CGI integration skills

Responsibilities

• Repair and restore furniture including tables, chairs, cabinets, and display units
• Perform carpentry and woodworking tasks - cutting, sanding, joining, and finishing
• Operate workshop machinery and power tools safely and effectively
• Build and assemble fixtures, shelving, and custom pieces as needed
• Carry out general maintenance and repairs around the warehouse and retail space
• Keep the workshop organized, clean, and safe
• Assess items for repair feasibility and recommend solutions

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry, or furniture restoration
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Physical fitness - comfortable lifting and moving furniture
• Good eye for quality and craftsmanship
• Bonus: Experience with upholstery, metalwork, or painting/finishing
