A characterful vintage folding side chair with a dark-stained wooden frame and woven cane panels to both the seat and back. The slender A-frame profile folds flat for storage, while exposed metal hinges and braces underline its practical period construction.
The warm natural cane contrasts attractively with the deeply patinated timber, making this a useful occasional chair or decorative accent for a bedroom, hallway or collected interior.
Condition: Well-used vintage condition with scratches, scuffs, knocks, finish loss and uneven patination throughout the wooden frame. The metal folding hardware shows tarnish and age-related wear. The cane appears broadly intact in the supplied photographs but has local wear and variation. The chair has not been load-tested or professionally assessed, so its joints, cane and folding mechanism should be checked before regular seating use. Please inspect all photographs carefully as part of the condition report.
