This is a vintage ceramic character jug modelled in the form of a jovial human face. The jug has a cream-coloured glaze across most of the face, with brown details around the back of the head to indicate hair. The cheeks are rouged with a red tint, and the inside of the jug is glazed in a light blue. The jug is in good condition overall, though there is wear consistent with age, including some minor staining. A quirky decorative piece for the home.
