Vintage 19th Century 13″ Brass Mortar Model Walnut Carriage

This decorative desk piece features a heavy brass 13" miniature mortar or cannon barrel mounted at an angle on a stepped, wallnut base. The design mimics historic artillery pieces, presenting a classic aesthetic suitable for library, study, or home office display.

Accompanied by an illustrated reference book titled 'British Napoleonic Artillery 1793-1815' by Chris Henry, this assembly is ideal for history enthusiasts. The brass shows some natural surface patination and tarnish, while the polished base exhibits minor surface wear from previous handling. The unit serves as a distinctive decorative accessory for a mantelpiece, bookshelf, or desk.
