Very rare piece of local history from Newry distillers Duncan, Alderdice & Co, makers of famous local brands "Hand in Hand", "Kileavey Cream", and "The Blackthorn".
This sign pre-dates 1928: you'll notice that WHISKY is missing the Irish "E" which was introduced in 1928 to differentiate between Irish whiskey and scotch.
Dimensions: 6 feet long, 3 feet high (183cm x 91.5cm)
