Put together by our summer helper Rory, this remarkable side table is 63cm in diameter, and stands 46cm tall.
The base is a big oak plinth, the feature is the head off an industrial set of scales, and the top has a 10mm piece of polished-edge glass.
There are a couple of minor chips on the edge of the glass that Rory has polished smooth.
