This is a vintage tool for making shotgun cartridges. It is made of metal, mainly cast iron, with wooden handle detailing. The tool would have been fixed to a workbench or table using the clamp screw and then operated by hand. The metal is showing signs of age with areas of rust, and remnants of a green paint finish. The wooden handles are tarnished.
