This is an antique ledger book bound in mottled grey canvas and black leatherette. The spine is secured with rusted metal fixings. Inside, the book contains lined accounting pages. A loose instruction sheet from stationers James Moore of Donegall Place, Belfast is included with the book. This sheet has instructions for use of the "Metal Thong" binder. The book shows age-related wear, including marks, scuffs, and staining. There is evidence of rust on the metal parts. The corners are worn. The pages are unused but have discolouration. Overall, the book is in fair antique condition, with some deterioration.
