This is an antique Victorian mahogany desk featuring a brown leather top and brass handles. The main wood is dark brown with visible grain. The top of the desk is a rectangular panel of brown leather, edged with a wooden trim. The desk has a central drawer above the kneehole, flanked on either side by a stack of drawers. The handles are ornate, brass, swan-neck pulls with a decorative backplate. The desk sits on plinth bases. Some wear is evident, including marks on the leather, adding to its vintage character. The desk would work well in a home office or library.
