This pair of cast iron moneyboxes feature the Oil Drop characters. Nicknamed "Andy Slick", the male drop often appeared with a female companion, who gained the moniker "Abbey Slick" (this version has the names in German, i.e. "Herr Tropf" and "Frau Tropf"). The pair of cast iron moneyboxes show the two characters happily waving. Finished in carefully handpainted colours and with coin slots on their backs, these are great to use not only as moneyboxes but also as ornaments in their own right. Very popular with fans of advertising memorabilia.
11cm wide, 10cm deep, 24cm high
