This charming lidded jar is made from ceramic and shaped like a beetroot. The lid is topped with leaves. The main colour is red, and the leaves are green. The word 'BEETROOT' is embossed across the top of the beetroot section. The jar has a quirky face, complete with eyes, a nose and a smile. There is a hole in the lid, presumably for a spoon. The base is marked P3145. This vintage jar would be perfect for display or for practical storage, and is in very good condition.
