This clock can be dated to pre 1800 because there is a British flag painted on the face and it is missing the St Patrick's cross meaning this was made before the act of union. It was likely made in the mid to late 1700s. This clock doesn't work. It is missing some pieces and needs some attention paid to it - the perfect project!
