WWII German Second Pattern Navy Dagger for Officers (Kriegsmarine Dolch fur Offiziere) by Eickhorn. The acid etched fouled anchor blade has a beautiful etching. The “Original Eickhorn Solingen” maker mark is correctly executed. The hilt and scabbard match in gilding, colour and patina. The wood based, white celluloid is intact as the double twisted brass wire wrap. The Kriegsmarine portepee is in very good condition. The dagger is well preserved overall.
