This is a hand woven market basket produced in the traditional Ghanaian Bolga basket style. The basket has various tribal patterns. It's great for trips to the market or picnics, but can also be put to use all over the home – as a laundry basket, toy basket, vegetable basket, or blanket basket.
Woven from ethically-sourced veta vera grass in Northern Ghana, this bolga basket is made from robust veta vera grass – an indigenous raw material that’s sustainably sourced and perfect for producing durable baskets.
The handle is wrapped in leather. It is in excellent condition and can be displayed in any room.
