This is a framed reproduction print of a vintage recruitment poster for the Irish Volunteer Reserve, It came from a bar in Donegal 1st (City of Dublin) Battalion, recruiting at Portobello Barracks, Dublin in 1929. The poster features an illustration of a soldier and text in both Irish and English. It is framed in a black wooden frame with a blue mount. The print is in good condition for its age, with some minor wear and tear. This unique piece of Irish military history would make a great addition to any home or office.
