Where are you?

We're at Unit 13, 17 Heron Road, Belfast BT3 9LE, just off the Sydenham Bypass beside the Titanic Quarter. Easy access by car (free parking on site) and public transport.

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm. Closed on Sundays. Hours can vary around bank holidays and special events — check the contact page for the latest.

Do you have parking?

Yes, free on-site parking right outside the door. There's loading space too if you're collecting larger pieces.

About what we sell

What kind of products do you stock?

One-off antiques and curiosities are the heart of what we do — furniture, lighting, salvage, taxidermy, ironmongery, decorative pieces, signs, prints, art and the genuinely unusual. Alongside that we carry heritage brands like Morris & Co, Zoffany, Arroll, Falcon Enamelware, Devon Pewter, plus our own ReFound upcycled range.

Stock changes weekly. If something specific catches your eye online, it's usually one-of-one — if you're tempted, don't wait.

Do you stock products from local makers?

Yes. Supporting local makers and independent brands is core to what we do. A lot of what you'll find in store and online is sourced directly from artisans and independent businesses in Belfast and across Northern Ireland.

How often does new stock arrive?

Constantly. We're sourcing every week, so the shop and the website are never the same two visits in a row. Following us on Instagram (@onthesquareemporium) is the fastest way to see "just in" pieces before they're online.

Buying from us

What payment methods do you accept?

In store: all major debit and credit cards, contactless, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Online: card payments via WooPayments, plus PayPal.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes — just ask one of the team in store and we'll sort it. We do special wrapping at Christmas and on request for occasions through the year.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, both as a physical card you can pick up in store and as a digital code online. Browse gift card options.

Can I return or refund something?

Yes — full details, including timeframes for online vs in-store purchases, are on our refunds and returns policy page.

Can I reserve something I've seen online or in store?

For most items, yes. Drop us a message on the contact page, give us a ring on 028 9043 4290, or DM us on social. We can usually hold a piece for a short time while you decide.

Selling, sourcing and trade

I've got things to sell — can I sell them through you?

Do you do trade and interior design accounts?

Yes — trade pricing, prop hire for film/TV, custom sourcing, and bulk supply for fit-outs are all things we do regularly. Have a look at our trade and prop hire pages, then drop us a line.

Can I become a concession or stockist with you?

Always interested in hearing from local artists, makers and brands looking for a home. Email info@onthesquareemporium.com with a few photos and a quick intro about what you'd like to bring in.

Delivery and shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — UK, Ireland, Europe, North America and beyond. Because so much of our stock is one-of-a-kind, fragile or large, we work out a personal quote for every order rather than charging a flat rate. Full process and how to request one on the shipping quotes page.

How long does delivery take?

UK orders typically arrive within 3-7 working days once dispatched. International deliveries depend on destination and customs — we'll give you a clear estimate when we send your shipping quote.

Can I collect my order from the shop?

Absolutely — click and collect is free. Just let us know when you're placing the order and we'll have it ready for you.
