A vintage 'Puretha' respirator type SH canister by Siebe Gorman. The canister is red with a white stripe and a white cap. There is a label on the side with details on the use of the respirator, including gases it protects against. The label also has spaces for the date filled and tested, and the date fitted. There is a sticker on the top of the canister that reads 'Remove SGIV bottom seal before use'. The canister shows some signs of age and use, with some scuffs and scratches, as well as minor rusting around the top edge, but is overall in good condition for its age.
